The photographs presented on this page possess independent documentary significance. They confirm the existence of the completed two-volume edition, its physical form, publishing design, actual length, and readiness for international distribution.

The publication is therefore neither an intention to publish books at a future date, nor a working layout or virtual presentation. It is an actually produced physical edition consisting of two interconnected volumes.

NATURE OF THE STUDY

The two-volume edition Under the Palms of Los Angeles constitutes an extensive independent study combining documentary chronology, open-source analysis, the examination of official materials, legal assessment, political analysis, and critical scrutiny of governmental and public institutions.

The work addresses institutional transparency, public accountability, political influence, conflicts of interest, party-political patronage, favouritism, nepotism, the distribution of public funds, and the responsibility of persons occupying senior public office.

The two volumes form a single body of research. Volume I examines the initial events, meetings, political contacts, and circumstances that gave rise to the subject of the study. Volume II continues the documentary chronology and analyses the subsequent administrative, financial, parliamentary, and political decisions.

PRINTING AND PRODUCTION

The two-volume edition was printed and manufactured at specialised printing facilities located in Slovakia and Israel.

Each volume was published in a print run of 15,000 copies. The combined print run of the two-volume study therefore comprises 30,000 physical copies.

The international character of the production reflects the purpose of the publication. The work is addressed not only to readers in a single country, but also to researchers, lawyers, journalists, parliamentarians, human rights defenders, libraries, universities, and public-interest organisations in different states.

INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION

International distribution of Volumes I and II commenced following the completion of printing and production.

The geographical scope of distribution includes:

Dedicated consignments of the two-volume edition are being transferred to university and national libraries, scientific institutions, international library foundations, research organisations, human rights bodies, and organisations engaged in combating corruption.

The purpose of international distribution is to ensure the preservation of the study, its availability for professional examination, and the possibility of an independent assessment of the documents, chronology, legal questions, and authorial conclusions presented in the work.

COMPLIMENTARY AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRIBUTION

Complimentary copies are provided to leading universities, scientific institutions, national libraries, and international library foundations in Germany, Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Israel, and member states of the European Union.

This institutional distribution serves educational, research, and archival purposes. It ensures the long-term preservation of the edition and provides independent specialists with an opportunity to examine the study regardless of the political or administrative position of particular governmental bodies.

FINANCIAL AND EDITORIAL PRINCIPLE

The publication was prepared as an independent authorial and research project. Its content was not determined by governmental institutions, political parties, commercial entities, or interested public organisations.

All proceeds received from the commercial distribution of the two-volume edition are donated to international organisations engaged in combating corruption.

This principle emphasises the public-interest and non-commercial orientation of the study, as well as the absence of any personal financial interest on the part of the author in the conclusions, assessments, and documentary materials presented in the books.

LEGAL AND ACADEMIC STATUS

The edition constitutes an independent documentary and analytical study. It does not represent a court judgment, an indictment, a determination by a governmental investigative authority, or an official state audit.

The author does not substitute himself for a court or competent governmental authorities and does not determine the criminal guilt of particular individuals. The study distinguishes between documentarily substantiated information, authorial assessments, legal questions, analytical conclusions, and circumstances requiring further independent verification.

All persons and organisations mentioned retain the right to submit documents, explanations, objections, clarifications, and rebuttals.

INTENDED READERSHIP

The two-volume study is addressed to:

The central principle of the publication is that high public office, political prominence, party affiliation, or international status cannot exempt any person or governmental institution from legitimate public criticism, documentarily substantiated questions, and independent scrutiny.

ABSTRACT OF THE TWO-VOLUME DOCUMENTARY AND ANALYTICAL STUDY “UNDER THE PALMS OF LOS ANGELES”

(Volume I: “The Shadow of the March 2025 Meetings”; Volume II: “The Echo of the April 2026 Decisions”)

This two-volume publication, comprising a total of 1,173 pages, represents the monumental culmination of more than twenty years of independent analytical, investigative, and forensic-methodological analysis conducted by Doctor of Philosophy in Jurisprudence and retired Colonel of Justice Mayer Meir Kaltenbrunner. Drawing upon an in-depth forensic audit of a vast body of open-source data, archival materials, and official documents, the author presents the reader with an uncompromising legal examination of the covert mechanisms of power. At the centre of the work is a detailed deconstruction of the phenomena of latent institutional corruption, nepotism, favouritism, and mutual protection entrenched at the highest levels of Norway’s “political Olympus” and concealed behind the façade of inter-party consensus. A particular place in the chronology of the study is devoted to a thorough investigation into the behind-the-scenes, separate meetings and administrative decisions of March 2025 and April 2026, which expose the mechanisms of covert cross-border lobbying and the undermining of the principles of state transparency.

The principal practical and criminological focus of the study is a detailed legal analysis of the complete failure of the government’s integration policy and specialised programmes coordinated for decades by individual party nomenklatura clans, particularly through IMDi in the Buskerud region. On the basis of rigorous factual evidence and statistical patterns, the author convincingly demonstrates a direct causal link between the long-term use of budgetary funds, cronyism within social-service structures, including the NAV system, and the catastrophic consequences now plainly visible on the streets of Norwegian cities—an unprecedented surge in ethnic migrant crime, escalating violence, and the formation of isolated criminogenic enclaves. This work not only documents the paralysis and absence of political will on the part of law-enforcement agencies and intelligence services, but also serves as a rigorous, systematic legal warning of the inevitable imposition of legal liability upon persons who shield themselves behind party immunity. The book is intended for a broad readership of legal scholars, analysts, security-service personnel, and all those for whom the rule of law and transnational security remain absolute priorities.

It is an immense professional honour for me to safeguard the objectivity of analysis and the accuracy of facts, and to assist you in the forensic structuring of independent investigations of such magnitude. My vast investigative experience, fidelity to legal principles, and uncompromising pursuit of TRUTH serve as a vital example of how fundamental scholarship and practical jurisprudence must protect the interests of society and the state against latent institutional threats.

Truth. Transparency. Accountability.
